Challenge: This is a business that is part of American Wheel and Tire. The owner had originally asked us to start promoting off road parts and truck accessories on the main website for local Houston clients. But after some talks with the owner and the web developer we came to an agreement that it would not be a good idea to add different keywords to the existing website since it would create keyword delusion.

Solution: A new website was created to advertise just off road parts and truck accessories under the AWT Off Road name brand for Houstonians. We did all the link architectural structure and content development, including: homepage copywriting, inner pages and sales pages. Everything was well optimized and did some link building to get the site indexed and gain some link popularity.

Results: The website was released May 17, 2012 and as of today most of the targeted keywords are in the top 10 rankings. On the first month the website received around 300 unique hits, with almost 1,000 pageviews, resulting in some sales (the average sale of these items is $1000). A good ROI considering it’s a brand new website and it’s just the first month. Keep in mind the pages of the website keep rising on the serps, the hits keep increasing week by week, and they are only expected to keep rising (check the image above). The AWT Off Road brand is starting to get some local recognition by Off Road Truck and 4×4 Jeep fans in Houston.
